Non-Refundable Retainer

To secure your elopement date, a 10% retainer is required at the time of booking.

This retainer is non-refundable. It guarantees your date and compensates Santa Barbara Courthouse Elopements for declining other bookings.
Remaining Balance

The 90% remaining balance is billed automatically on the day of your elopement.

Once billed, this payment is also non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation, no-show, or partial completion of services.
Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your elopement, we will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability.

If we cannot accommodate the new date, the original cancellation and refund terms apply.
Rebooking Consideration

If Santa Barbara Courthouse Elopements is able to rebook your original date with another client, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full credit toward a future booking.
