Santa Barbara Courthouse Elopements – Refund Policy

 

Non-Refundable Retainer

 

• To secure your elopement date, a 10% retainer is required at the time of booking.

• This retainer is non-refundable. It guarantees your date and compensates Santa Barbara Courthouse Elopements for declining other bookings.

 

Remaining Balance

 

• The 90% remaining balance is billed automatically on the day of your elopement.

• Once billed, this payment is also non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation, no-show, or partial completion of services.

 

Rescheduling

 

• If you need to reschedule your elopement, we will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability.

• If we cannot accommodate the new date, the original cancellation and refund terms apply.

 

Rebooking Consideration

 

• If Santa Barbara Courthouse Elopements is able to rebook your original date with another client, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full credit toward a future booking.
